 5 arrests were made to include:

04/05/08:  James Nelson, 50, Northbrook Rd. Belmont, NH was charged with Driving While Intoxicated Subsequent Offense and Open Container.  Nelson will be arraigned on May 21, 2008 at the Auburn District Court.

04/09/08:  Gina Skidds, 45, Mayflower Dr. Barrington, NH was charged with Shoplifting.  Skidds will be arraigned on May 21, 2008 at the Auburn District Court.

04/16/08:  A 16 year old male was charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

04/20/08:  Kevin Glennon, 22, Main Street South Berwick, ME was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and Criminal Liability of Another.  Glennon will be arraigned on May 21, 2008 at the Auburn District Court.

04/27/08:  John Phelan, 24, Beaver Road Strafford, NH was charged with Simple Assault Domestic Violence.  Phelan will be arraigned on May 21, 2008 at the Auburn District Court.
